Stopping carbonic acid in the return loop.

Carbonate minerals break down under boiler heat to form CO₂ gas that travels with steam. As steam condenses, CO₂ dissolves to form highly corrosive carbonic acid. Our amine blends neutralize that acidity on contact and form a microscopic film that stops iron erosion and prevents rust return to the boiler.
